The event will address the key considerations and operational challenges of the Sunshine Act's impact on the life sciences industry.
"Complying with complicated Sunshine Act requirements and the state level compliance and reporting regulations demand a massive amount of effort and resources. This symposium is designed for attendees to gain insights and best practices from compliance experts and colleagues who are in the process of implementing a transparency program. We intentionally planned the symposium in the weeks leading up to the August 1 deadline to maximize the value to clients," said Judy Fox, Director, Transparency Compliance at CIS.
"Ensuring compliance with the Sunshine Act is a topic that is critical to our industry right now. During the breakfast symposium I'll speak about my experience implementing and adapting systems at Cangene. Attendees will have a unique opportunity to hear an insider perspective in a peer-to-peer networking environment," said Stephanie Kupski, Manager, Commercial Compliance at Cangene BioPharma.
