Cipla selects Mobien's iNotify Platform to roll out sales order management
Mobien Technologies is proud to announce that Cipla Ltd. has chosen its award winning iNotify platform for its mobility and portal deployment. In the first phase, Cipla would deploy stockiest portal for order management and claims management.

It will also help the stockiest' to get notifications on new schemes, new products etc. launched by Cipla. With this, the order booking process will be automated and will connect with backend ERP system seamlessly.
The stockiest self service portal will help stockiests in reducing the turnaround time for their orders. The sales return and claims processing will also be faster. The processing of stockiest' order will be automated and will be integrated with SAP seamlessly. It would also help stockiests to track their orders, claims and schemes. The portal would allow a multi channel of communication through web access, emails and mobile notifications. Stockiest would also use the portal for issue management via its in-built ticket management system.
Stockiest portal would utilise the native capabilities of iNotify like non-intrusive integration capability with SAP, ability to intercept data via email and file distiller to transform flat files to XML data, to ensure that stockiests are able to place their orders, return claims without much change management.
