CIO Canada Summit Announces Partnership With CIPS
The CIO Canada Summit team has formed a strategic partnership with the Canadian Information Processing Society. The CIO Canada Summit will be held February 27-March 1, 2011 in Toronto.
- (1888PressRelease) October 14, 2010 - The CIO Canada Summit team announced today that it has formed a strategic partnership with the Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS), a non-profit association of IT professionals that works to support Canadian technology executives and strengthen the Canadian IT industry.
The CIO Canada Summit, to be held February 27-March 1, 2011 in Toronto, is a unique opportunity for CIOs, IT executives, and technology analysts to participate in educational sessions and network with their colleagues. Held in an intimate environment, the event's agenda encourages attendees to have candid conversations about the latest technology topics and trends, best practices, and IT project successes and failures. This cross industry summit will include, but is not limited to, representatives from healthcare, finance, insurance, utilities, transportation, government and education.
Founded in 1958, CIPS works to establish standards and share best practices for the benefit of individual IT professionals and the IT sector as a whole.
