Cincinnati's First Nonprofit Social Media Symposium Announces Speakers

The goal of the event is to bring the latest and most effective social media and digital marketing strategies to the nonprofit community. In addition to including plenty of networking opportunities and informational marketing ideas, the full-day event will also provide a series of presentations on social media marketing given by some of the industry's most knowledgeable and influential leaders.

    The Nonprofit Symposium boasts a lineup of national speakers with topics that will cover the most important aspects of social media marketing.

    Ehren Foss, one of the pioneers of HelpAttack!, will be giving a presentation on how small to medium sized nonprofits can use social media for successful fundraising. Topics include how to lay a solid foundation, as well as discussions about campaigns, tactics, and case studies.

    Foss will be followed by Danielle Brigida, the Manager for Social Media at the National Wildlife Federation. Brigida is a well-known and respected environmentalist, and will be speaking about how to handle a social media campaign, and who to collaborate with. Case studies from a nationwide nonprofit will also be included.

    Krista Neher, co-founder of the Nonprofit Symposium and CEO of Boot Camp Digital, a leading social media and digital marketing training organization, will be presenting on systems, tactics, and tools that will effectively enhance social media marketing, even for those with limited resources.

    Randal Moss, the co-founder of the Nonprofit Symposium and the current Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager at ACCO, will be presenting with colleague David J. Neff, CEO of the nonprofit Lights.Camera.Help. The two social media authorities will examine how nonprofits can reap the benefits of technology discuss how nonprofits can become "engines of innovation" through Awareness, Structure, and Staffing.
