CIMCON Lighting Announces Availability of a Tilt Sensor in its Street Light Controllers
CIMCON Lighting, Inc. announces the availability of a "tilt sensor" in its wireless street light controllers for "knockdown alerts".
- (1888PressRelease) July 01, 2015 - Boston, MA and London, UK: The release of the "ANSI C136.41" standard (7-pin Connector) has allowed CIMCON Lighting to continue its tradition of providing enhanced functionality in its street light controllers to help further reduce energy and maintenance costs and ensure public safety. The addition of a tilt sensor in CIMCON's street light controllers now allows cities, towns and municipalities to be immediately notified via an email or text message alert from CIMCON's LightingGale™ software when a light pole is down. Street light owners can now rapidly dispatch work crews to make repairs.
