(1888PressRelease) October 07, 2018 - The IIIrd CSR Conclave was held in Bhopal on Saturday, 29th September 2018. This event was held in partnership with UNICEF and supported by AISSECT and Bharat Oman Refinery Ltd on the theme of transforming the social development of India

The event was inaugurated by Shri Vishvas Sarang, Minister (I/C) for Cooperation, Bhopal Gas Tragedy Relief & Rehabilitation.

The inaugural session was addressed by Michael Juma, Chief UNICEF Madhya Pradesh who mentioned about the contribution of corporate organizations for children welfare and active engagement on issues like undernutrition, child marriage and focus on first thousand days in the life of the child can help address challenges for children.

Mr. Rajesh Khare, Vice Chairman CII Madhya Pradesh said that CSR is a bridge between corporate and society while addressing the event.

Mr. Manish Rajoria, Convener of CII MP on CSR and Education gave a brief on the CSR act, importance of the meet and why it is important for everyone to do more on CSR.

Dignitaries like Mr. Abhishek Gupta, Chairman, CII Bhopal Zonal Council and Managing Director, SureVin BPO Services Ltd, Mr. UC Upadhyay, Senior Vice President HR, Bharat Oman Refineries Ltd, Mr. Anant Toppo, AGM Township, Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited and Mr. Anil Gulati, Communication Specialist, UNICEF, Madhya Pradesh also shared thoughts on child education, inclusive development for benefit of society & their plannings for CSR in coming years
