Christiana Foglio Named as Finalist for New Jersey's Leading Women Entrepreneurs, Business Owners
Top 25 Entrepreneurs Will Be Announced at Own It Ventures Conference.
- Trenton-Ewing, NJ (1888PressRelease) October 11, 2011 - Christiana Foglio, founder/owner and chief executive officer of Community Investment Strategies (CIS), Inc., has been named as a top woman entrepreneur and business owner in New Jersey finalist by Own It Ventures, and New Jersey Monthly Magazine.

CIS, founded by Foglio in 1994, has developed a broad spectrum of multi-family properties, valued in excess of $350 million. The special recognition commends leading women in business for their service, leadership and contribution to their communities and the state's economic recovery, according to Own It Ventures. The finalists will be highlighted in the October issue of New Jersey Monthly Magazine. The nominees are eligible for consideration for the Top 25 Women Entrepreneur and Business Owners awards. Award winners will be announced at the Own It Ventures Conference on October 29, 2011. Finalists will be judged for their innovation, community involvement, market potential, and advocacy for women. A gala reception to honor the winners will be held on December 7, at the Mansion at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
