Christian Antoine, a Certified Scrum Professional/Agile Instructor will be speaking at Local Agile RoundTable event entitled, "How to Deliver Twice the Work in Half the Time".
- Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN-WI (1888PressRelease) April 30, 2016 - Today, Christian Antoine, a Certified Scrum Professional/Agile Instructor and Coach with Collaborative Leadership Team is pleased to announce he will be participating in a local Round Table event entitled, "How to Deliver Twice the Work in Half the Time. All across the globe companies finding a better way to approach work. Agile, which started in the software industry in 1993, is now being applied in all industries as the values and principles of Agile spans development.
Attendees to the discussion are encouraged to ask themselves questions such as, "Are you working at a sustainable pace?", "Is your team fully engaged or just making time until the weekend?" and, "what does a successful Agile adoption look like?"
By the end of the RoundTable attendees will know whether or not they need to rethink their approach to work, what considerations need to be made for adopting Agile Methods and what leadership's role is in the holistic approach of Agile.
