    Junkai brings with him 24 years of culinary experience in many 5-star and luxury hotels from around the world. He took his first steps in the culinary art industry in his home country; China and continued his gastronomic creations in Beijing, Singapore, the Gulf countries and currently in Amman. The various culinary heritage in those countries have flavored Chef Junkai's experience and expertise.
