  • Newark, NJ (1888PressRelease) October 31, 2013 - For the 11th year, ArtWorks, The Naomi Cohain Foundation is hosting a powerful display of artwork created by hospitalized children from the across New Jersey. Additionally, the event is jam-packed with talented kids singing, dancing, and performing their hearts out on stage. The event will take place at the Montclair Art Museum on Sunday, November 17th at 1pm and admission is free.

    "We are so thrilled to continue providing children with the opportunity to showcase their inspiring works of art," said Executive Director, Daniela Mendelsohn. "The children work for months preparing for Express Yourself. It is a day for us all to come together to celebrate these kids for their talents and accomplishments."

    And this year's show promises not to disappoint! The show will feature 107 amazing paintings, drawings, and sculptures. The show will also highlight 19 performers featuring singing, dancing, readings, and instrumental compositions. In addition to artwork and performances by our inspiring participants, Express Yourself-NY 2013 will also include art activities and refreshments for all attendees.
