Children's Dental Health has announced the joining of Dr. Marc Feder. Dr. Marc Feder earned his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry degree from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania.
- (1888PressRelease) June 23, 2012 - Englewood, New Jersey -- The Children's Dental Health Center at Englewood Dental, located at 370 Grand Avenue in Englewood, NJ, is proud to announce that Dr. Marc Feder has joined the practice. Dr. Feder is a graduate of the prestigious University of Pennsylvania where he earned his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry degree. He completed his post-graduate training with a specialty in Pediatric Dentistry at the Maimonides Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident. He is currently an attending at Maimonides and has practiced in Manhattan.
The Children's Dental Health Center is a pediatric practice, located within Englewood Dental, dedicated to providing cutting edge dentistry to children and adolescents ages one to fifteen. A modern office with plenty of parking, the practice provides all phases of pediatric dentistry including orthodontics.
Dr. Feder's philosophy is to create a dental home for his young patients that will facilitate early interception and education. Dr. Feder's keen ability to understand childrens' psychological needs as related to their processes of emotional change and social maturation makes dental visits easy for everyone. He takes the time necessary, depending on the individuals, to make the child and parents comfortable and relaxed. Initial conversations with the parent always address all dental issues and concerns in a pleasant and professional manner.
Dr. Feder is experienced in treating special needs patients. Dr. Feder is trained in general and oral pathology, growth and development, nutrition and preventive dentistry techniques. He is also experienced in oral surgery, pulpal therapy and in-office sedation and operating room dentistry under general anesthesia. He works with our anesthesiologist, Dr. Nadine Keegan, who is dual board-certified in both Anesthesia and Pediatrics in our fully equipped surgical suite at Englewood Dental. Dr. Feder is also trained in preventative and interceptive orthodontics.
