Marie is originally from the south side of Chicago, and has lived in Naperville for the past 12 years. Her professional background ranges from a position with Midway Airlines, to a career in business management and sales for a health club, and management of a salon/spa business. She now brings her extensive background in management and sales, along with her passion for customer service, to Showhomes Naperville.
As General Manager of Showhomes Naperville, Tilton is responsible for increasing the number of quality homes and home managers entered into the Showhomes program on a consistent basis each month. She plans to accomplish this by developing and implementing strategies that will demonstrate the effectiveness of Showhomes' home staging and management services for realtors, builders, bankers, and relocation companies, in their pursuit to sell real estate. Marie will also assist existing and future Showhomes employees in their efforts to reach their assigned goals. In addition, she will be responsible for helping the franchise owner with overall marketing campaigns, social media, operations, systems development, and various projects that will improve the sales process and streamline company operations.
Thomas adds, "Marie has already exhibited excellent motivation and success in her first few months with the company. We recently acquired four additional homes into our program, which will be furnished, staged, and decorated, helping the realtors and owners sell the homes faster and at higher price points.
