Sara says, "Since starting on The Food Network years ago, my goal has been to help people get dinner on the table during the work week. Not just cooking to entertain but cooking to keep your family healthy and happy. My latest book, "Everyday Family Dinners" is all about balanced entrees and is full of tips, tricks and strategies for working women. That's the same direction that I will take when cooking in 'The Balancing Act' Kitchen." Her perspective is perfect for viewers of O2 Media's "The Balancing Act" who want to save time and prepare healthy, complete meals.
"Our hope at O2 Media is that 'The Balancing Act' viewers will take the cooking information that they hear in the mornings and apply it to their evenings, especially when preparing a meal for themselves or their families. Our objective is for the show to add balance to a woman's everyday life," says Doug Campbell, O2 Media's Executive VP of Programming for "The Balancing Act."
