Chef Mark McDaniel of ReMARKable Affairs Participated in 1st Annual American Airlines Chef Challenge
The AAC Chef Challenge brought together tops chefs in the DFW area, including ReMARKable Affair's Mark McDaniel.

A great opportunity to vie against 18 of his peers, Chef Mark once again provided high quality, "clean food" produced in only 30 minutes! While he didn't take 1st place, Chef Mark says, "I plan to use this experience to broaden my culinary horizons and continue networking with my other colleagues."
Top chefs from around Dallas gathered to compete in the AAC Chef Challenge, where winners received four tickets to the Dallas Mavericks and the Dallas Stars. Sponsors Central Market supplied the food, Competition started with 18 contestants-with 30 minutes to prepare a steak plate. Judges deliberated, selected five finalists who prepared "signature offerings" within 30 minutes.
The competition was hosted by KLIF's nationally recognized talk radio show host Jeff Bolton and was sponsored by Central Market, Ducky Bobs, and Cumulus Radio. In addition to being open to the public, the event was attended by Dallas-Fort Worth area restaurant managers and chefs.
