The award is presented by the American Culinary Federation Chef's Association of Arizona. The Chapter Chef of the Year is nominated and chosen by his or her peers. Chef Rubin was selected from 200 participants. This prestigious honor is based on the candidates past and present contributions to the organization and successful participation in culinary competitions.
The Chef of the Year award recognizes an outstanding culinarian who works and cooks in a full-service dining facility.
