- The specially prepared five-course dinner menu includes a first course of roasted butternut squash soup with crème fraiche.

- The second course is hearts of palm, baby arugula and peppadew salad with warm mushroom dressing.

- Entree selections for the third course include roasted shrimp with feta; pesto stuffed chicken wrapped in prosciutto; beef tenderloin with Madeira sauce; and cheese ravioli lasagna with shitake mushrooms and alfredo sauce. All entrees include caramelized baby carrots and collards courtesan.
