(OTCQB: DMPI) ("DelMar") announced the completion of a $10.5 million oversubscribed offering in which Charles Vista, LLC was the sole lead underwriter. The money raised will help advance the clinical trials of DelMar's pharmaceuticals, including VAL-083, for treating refractory glioblastoma, the most common and aggressive form of brain cancer.
