Ben Arnold IV grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. In 1998 he moved to the Ann Arbor area.
Ben previously worked for Coldwell Banker Schweitzer for four years. After which he transitioned to Citi Bank where he worked as mortgage consultant and assisted clients with their mortgage purchasing needs and refinancing. Ben also served in the Marine Corps for 8 years, during which he did one deployment to Iraq in 2006.

A Michigan native, Nick Beeson grew up in Lansing, but has lived in the area for 40 years. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry, a M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering; and a Ph.D. in Biophysics. Prior to becoming a Realtor, he worked as biomedical researcher for 15 years at the University of Michigan. Before the University of Michigan he held an agricultural research position for ERIM International. He now applies his research and problem solving skills to help his clients find their perfect home. Born and raised in Orange County, California, Robert Garcia moved the Ann Arbor area in 2013. For the past eight years he worked as the Director of Sales for Villas Del Mar Cabo San Lucas. Prior to his sales career he worked as a paramedic for American Medical Response. Robert got his paramedic certification through UCLA/Daniel Freeman. He also has an associate's degree in Fire Science from Santa Ana College.

For the past 10 years, Jay Houghton has been owner and principal broker for Royal Oak Business Brokers which he founded. He developed a robust practice engaged in brokering business opportunities and franchise territories mainly in southeast Michigan. His experience ranges from brokering Main Street fast food franchises to medium sized manufacturing plants to steel suppliers and scrap yards. Jay's expertise in business brokering will be a welcome addition to Reinhart Commercial. In his new position he'll handle brokering business opportunities as well as expanding the Reinhart footprint in the commercial real estate market.
Jay is a native Michigander having grown up in Rochester and achieving a B.A. in English from Oakland University and an MBA from Wayne State University. Prior to becoming a business broker he held a number of positions in the auto industry including Account Director with Oracle Software, Manager of Marketing with Audi of America, and was a Senior Vice President with Campbell-Ewald Advertising. He also won a Gold Medal for his book "The Digital Dealer".
Jay recently relocated to Ann Arbor from Royal Oak and is active in the local community and teaches a class at the Ann Arbor Rec & Ed on how to buy a business. Bringing a background of sales and management, Denise Lund is excited to join Reinhart. Denise moved from Grand Ledge, MI to Ann Arbor in 2013. Michael Nelson grew up in Ann Arbor and lived in the area until college. He worked at Pro Media Marketing as a Manufacture Sales Representative. While there he managed hundreds of accounts all over the Midwest and facilitated sales for dozens of manufacturers.
He graduated from MSU with a degree in Advertising and a cognate in Psychology. In the past three years he has personally bought three houses in two states and sold one. He uses his experience with the real estate market, home renovating, and sales negotiation to help his clients make decisions that have a positive effect on their lives. A Michigan native, Thom Omar grew up near Lansing. As a long-time service worker in a variety of fields he has honed the skills of customer service, effective communications, and time management. He has worked extensively and successfully in food service management for over 15 years. Most recently he was as a local small business co-owner and manager of food service for a pre-school company. Previously he served as a manager at many local food service establishments.
He has been involved with area organizations like The Humane Society of Washtenaw County and his daughter's Girl Scout troop.
