Chapel Grill Hires New Staff Ahead of Grand Opening
The Chapel Grill, located on the site of the historic First Baptist Church in Naples, Fl., has hired three new staff members ahead of its grand opening next month.

Guest Relations Manager Robyn Cruz specializes in restaurant organization and training procedures. She will handle client reservations and special requests, and will also oversee the Chapel Grill's social media program.
Head Chef Jorge Nolasco is guided at all times by his passion for food and community, and uses only the freshest local produce and seafood in his classic Caribbean and Florida-inspired culinary masterpieces. He will utilize his many years of Executive Chef experience to create a truly delightful dining experience for each restaurant patron.
Event Coordinator & Private Dining Manager J. Brubaker "Bru" Tucker brings over three decades of hospitality experience to the Chapel Grill. He will assist in creating the perfect venue and atmosphere for client events, as well as selecting the best menus for each taste and budget.
Owner Stephen Fleischer looks forward to officially opening his restaurant's historic doors. "It's taken a lot of hard work to get this place cooking, and we're excited to share this beautiful building and our unique cuisine with the Naples community," he said. All three new members of the Chapel Grill team will be on-hand for the grand opening next month.
One of the area's newest, brightest dining spots, the Chapel Grill is situated across from Cambier Park, close to the shops and entertainment on 5th Ave. Patrons will enjoy exotic cocktails, boutique wine offerings, indoor and outdoor seating, valet parking, and customizable events, all in a casual, fine-dining atmosphere.
