Champlain College's Jayson Boyers Named To Burlington City Arts Board Of Directors
Private Baccalaureate Institution's Managing Director Of The Division Of Continuing Professional Studies Joins Board As An Experienced Business And Community Leader To Promote Arts.

The board is responsible for planning and working with BCA staff and the City of Burlington to develop and promote top quality art experiences across the city.
Boyers' BCA board membership is the latest addition to his extensive record of service to community and charitable causes. He also is a member of the Hunger Free Vermont board of directors, which seeks to end hunger and promote nutrition across the state. Previously, he served on several nonprofit boards including Wake Education Partnership, the MLK Montessori School Board and the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce board of advisors.
BCA has served the cultural and artistic needs of the greater Burlington area for more than 30 years. Its vision is to fuse a dynamic relationship between the arts and community, nurture creativity and imagination, and ignite a passion for learning through the arts. BCA operates a range of arts programs throughout the city and has established The BCA Center (formerly the Firehouse Gallery) as one of the few exhibition spaces in the state dedicated to showcasing contemporary art.
