- (1888PressRelease) July 27, 2011 - Chaîne des Rôtisseurs organized an event at Le Meridien Amman on July 18th, 2011 in celebration of the summer season.
Guests were invited to experience the artistic presentation of unusually-prepared cuisine, inspired by the summer season produce, and seasoned with fine and flavourful ingredients. The affair took place in the newly-renovated Victorian-style Grand Ballroom, which is decorated with mahogany wooden walls, gold-plated wall-mounted lighting, crystal chandeliers, hand-tufted royal blue carpets, and is the perfect venue for weddings and special occasions, seating up to 200 guests.
The event was attended by Mr. Said Sawalha, the president of the association in Jordan, Their Excellencies, the French, Chilean, and Japanese Ambassadors, His Excellency Mr. Akel Biltaji former Minister of Tourism and other elite members of the society.
