CESI Hires Cary Chandler as Chief Marketing Officer
Non-profit organization expands services by launching financial education programs designed to benefit the senior population and for employers to assist employees.

Chandler's first task will be to lead CESI's launch of two new services - Assure Money Services and WiseTrac.
