Ceram to Hold Free Breakfast Forum - 'Resource Efficiency' - 20 September 2013
Ceram, the international materials technology company, will be holding a free breakfast forum 'Resource Efficiency' on Friday 20 September at its headquarters in Stoke-on-Trent.
- (1888PressRelease) September 11, 2013 - The forum will examine the benefits of not only understanding what Resource Efficiency is, but how adopting this approach to "Sustainability" can commercially benefit the entire supply chain.
Julian Diprose, Senior Technial Sales at Stormsaver Ltd, and Sophie Thomas, Project Director of The Great Recovery (a two year project run by the Action and Research Centre at the RSA and supported by the Technology Strategy Board) will be the keynote speakers. Julian will highlight the key factors to be taken into account when developing a rainwater harvesting system and give an insight into some of the underlying benefits, beyond the financials, that help inform the decision making process. Sophie will discuss 'Resource Efficiency by Design' - cross disciplinary design to drive forward a new resource efficient economy.
The forum will run from 8:00 - 11:30am and include a buffet breakfast, presentations, Q&A session, breakout session with discussion, and networking opportunities.
