The leased space is located in the Inland Fiber & Data Technology Park in downtown Winter Haven, Florida. The additional space brings the total amount of space occupied by CenterState to over 10,000 square feet. "We are very pleased to have CenterState increase its presence in downtown Winter Haven. With the additional space come additional jobs and economic activity. CenterState is an impressive, rapidly expanding banking operation.
