Washington, DC - Some of the most influential people in America will descend upon our nation's capital on Wednesday, April 25 for a good cause. Top Members of Congress will join some of the biggest names in professional sports to help raise funds for the Justice For Trayvon Martin Foundation, named after Trayvon Martin, a 17-year-old homicide victim whose death has sparked a national debate on race and violence. President Barack Obama even weighed in on the matter proclaiming "If I had a son....he'd look like Trayvon."
Martin's alleged killer, 28-year old George Zimmerman, was recently arrested on second-degree murder.
Stars for Trayvon will include Martin's parents, Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin; Trayvon's 21-year-old brother, Jahvaris Fulton; celebrities ranging from NFL Superstar DeAngelo Hall to pro skateboarding icon Darren Harper, and key Members of Congress.
