Bring you the authentic taste of legendary cuisines by the world famous Master Chefs Irfan & Ashfaque Qureshi. The Quershi is chefs' family of Great Nawabs which unearthed the secret of the unique flavors of Dum & Frontier Cuisines.
The Qureshi's name has been synonymous to the fine dining for over 200 years since they have been in operation. A great deal of time and effort has been spent in researching and developing cuisine from the corner of the vast sub-continent. They proudly implement and execute the best recipes. They are also international acclaimed for creating the world famous Bukhara Restaurant, one of the best Indian Restaurants.
The unique gourmet event brings together famous Awadh, Peshawar and Hyderabad specialty. Two special cuisines perfected by Qureshi are categorized as Heritage Cuisine - Frontier and Dum Pukht.
The Qureshi brothers will work with Chef Rajan, Rang Mahal's chef, to produce brilliant dinners. Chef Ashfaque and Chef Irfan Qureshi currently work at Grande Cuisines of India, a leading food consultant company.
