    The AXL 40 Under 40 campaign will proudly recognise and award its 2024 winners during a dedicated lunch held on the 10th of October at AXL. The lunch Will celebrate the exceptional talents shaping the future of the breakbulk and heavy lift industry. This year's cohort will exemplify remarkable achievements and the potential for future leadership, embodying the spirit of innovation that AXL champions.

    With a record number of nominations received for the 2024 initiative, this year's winners will showcase the brightest rising stars within the breakbulk, project cargo and heavy lift sectors. Each honouree has been selected for their ability to make a significant impact within their organisations and the wider industry.
