Celebrated Singer-Songwriter & New Orleans Native Teedra Moses Added as Keynote to 2nd Annual Crescent City Creative Carnival
Local non-profit brings together creatives, artists, entrepreneurs, musicians, filmmakers, and industry insiders.
- New Orleans, LA (1888PressRelease) November 01, 2019 - On Saturday, November 9, 2019, Louisiana based non-profit organization Crescent City Creative, will kick off the 2nd Annual Crescent City Creative Carnival (C4) at the New Orleans Jazz Market, located at 1436 Oretha Castle Haley, New Orleans, LA from 10am - 9pm.

For the second consecutive year the Creative Carnival will kick off with a youth service project sponsored by BeNola Inc., that will offer local youth 12-18 years old, the opportunity to gain insight on various career paths from executive-level creative professionals. New this year, is the C4 Career Clinic: Resume, Reel, & Portfolio Workshop, that will have HR and hiring managers on-site to help evaluate how attendees present themselves and their work, with the goal of providing hands-on insight and best practices that will land the next gig and truly show people what they are capable of –– includes one-on-one review. The 2019 Creative Carnival will close out with a Music Lounge featuring DJ Legatron Prime, MadeGroceries, and others! Hosted by Jay Skillz aka Spin Griffey.
C4 serves as a hub for creative professionals and entrepreneurs, from all areas of the arts, to connect and learn ways to turn their grind into growth.
“Growing up in New Orleans, I’ve seen the talent this city both produces and attracts,” said event creator and creative director, Willard Hill. “Our goal is to help our creative peers discover potential resources, turn their brainstorms into businesses, and make NOLA the creative industry center it should be.”
