Going green with a difference: The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group is celebrating Green Week from June 5th - June 10th at The Lalit New Delhi.

The Group has undertaken various initiatives for the guests and employees to spread awareness about environment conservation.
World Environment Day embodies the approach of raising awareness, encouraging people to voice their thoughts and do their utmost to conserve the environment, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group is hosting 'Green Week' to become an active agent for sustainable development.
Various initiatives taken by The Group for the entire week includes gifting plants to all the guests in their restaurants and displaying a long graffiti wall at the lobby where the guests can leave their comments, suggestions and views about the environment. The hotel is also organizing a plantation drive for its in-house guests and a pollution check camp will also be set up at the driveway of the hotel. Besides taking initiatives for guests, the hotel is also arranging employee engagement activities to raise awareness amongst the staff.
The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group has created an interesting online feature around this as well - Plant a tree at the Push of a Button, where for each new LIKE on The Lalit Facebook Page, the group will plant a tree.
