The summit started with opening remarks and presentation from Mr. Vinod Dhall, Former Chairman, Competition Commission of India. This event addressed current issues like recent changes and amendments in competition act 2002 and comparative analysis of India, US and EU competition law framework. Case study by King & Spalding on practical competition issues based around a combination of agreements, dominance & mergers was very well received that covered abuse of dominance, factors for determining the dominant position and its abuse and recent developments.
