CaseyGerry Adds New Associate Attorney
Nicole Cusack to Specialize in Serious Personal Injury.
- San Diego, CA (1888PressRelease) August 14, 2013 - CaseyGerry - San Diego's oldest plaintiff's law firm -- has promoted former law clerk Nicole Cusack to the position of associate attorney.
According to firm partner, David S. Casey, Jr., Cusack will work closely with partner Robert Francavilla on cases related to head trauma and serious personal injury and will also specialize in product liability litigation. Cusack has worked at CaseyGerry for over four years and steps into her new position with extensive experience handling all aspects of personal injury litigation. Prior to working at CaseyGerry, she worked as a judicial extern for the Chambers of the Honorable Stephanie E. Joannides in Anchorage, Alaska.
Cusack received her J.D. from the University of San Diego, School of Law. There she served as an executive member of the Appellate Moot Court Board and the International Law Journal. She also earned a master's degree in business administration magna cum laude from St. Ambrose University. Prior to graduate school, she received her bachelor's degree in political science and English from the University of Washington. A former ballet dancer, she trained at Cornish College of Arts and danced with Houston Ballet.
She is a volunteer with The California Innocence Project, a litigation and public policy organization dedicated to exonerating wrongfully convicted individuals and reforming the criminal justice system to prevent future injustice. Additionally, Cusack is a member of the Ninety-Nines, Inc., the International Organization of Women Pilots. In her spare time, she continues to dance and is a fly-fishing guide, flies single engine aircraft and enjoys home renovation and cooking.
She is a resident of the Gaslamp Quarter neighborhood of San Diego.
