Seattle-Bellevue-Everett, WA (1888PressRelease) June 19, 2018 - Cascade NW Self Storage, Arlington, Washington's newest self-storage facility, is now open. The new business is located at 4125 172nd St NE just east of I-5 and is a venture between West Coast Self-Storage Group and 172nd Holdings, LLC.

The facility was designed by the architecture firm Moore Design Associates and built by Jason McDaniel of 172nd Holdings, LLC. The property features 562 self-storage units amounting to 57,785 rentable square feet of storage space. Both drive-up access storage units and inside storage units are available for rent and come in a variety of size configurations from 5' x 5' up to 10' x 30', many of which are heated. Additional property amenities include extensive security measures, a retail store offering boxes and packing supplies, and package delivery acceptance. The facility will also be adding the option of renting U-Haul moving trucks onsite.
