Carousel Industries Recruits Industry Veteran Brian Fichter to Expand Video Communications Practice
Carousel Industries announced it has hired Brian Fichter as Director of Visual Communications.

An industry veteran with more than a decade of experience in the audio/visual communications industry, Fichter will be tasked with continuing to build the A/V Infrastructure teams and manage the existing Engineering team.
Fichter joins Carousel from BT Conferencing, where he managed the sales engineering team and provided support for several major accounts. As a trained audio/visual specialist with several industry certifications, Fichter led the BT Conferencing engineering team and supported the Major Accounts by engineering their audio visual &and video networks.

Prior to BT Conferencing, Fichter held increasingly senior sales and systems engineering roles at WireOne Communications, Merck & Co. and V-Span Inc. Combined, Fichter has more than 10 years of experience in sales and systems engineering roles.
In his new role at Carousel, Fichter will be responsible to managing existing audio/visual accounts, supporting the sales organization with his knowledge of the video communications industry's technical aspects, increasing the engineering team's knowledge of different technologies, and expanding Carousel's managed services program around video communications.
