Cardinal Crown Limited set to release 2022 Alternative Investment Survey
KOWLOON - Cardinal Crown Limited will release their 2022 Annual Alternative Investor Survey, which stands as one of the longest standing hedge fund investor surveys.
- (1888PressRelease) October 29, 2022 - This year over 50 investor entities participated, representing over $1.8 billion in hedge fund assets and the survey will have many topics that will presented.
Cardinal Crown Limited’s Chief Financial Officer commented on the investment survey saying “From what we have seen this year, hedge funds continue to establish their growing position within the broader asset classes, alongside some of the more mainstream asset classes. The hedge fund industry is predicted to reach a record $3.9 billion by year end driven by significant inflows, most notably from institutional investors.”
Cardinal Crown Limited’s Chief Financial Officer also added “The current Ukraine and Russia conflict poses some problems but the majority of investors happy with hedge fund performance and we expect institutional investors to further strengthen their commitment to hedge funds. Last year’s respondents targeted 11.2% for their hedge fund portfolios, and hedge funds delivered and the weighted average return for respondents’ hedge fund portfolios this year was 10.7%. Looking forward, respondents are targeting 12.4% for the end of year 2022.”
