Capital Strategy Partners of Tokyo announces joint venture plans in Korea
Capital Strategy Partners today announced that it has received approval to establish a joint venture in Korea.
- (1888PressRelease) March 23, 2017 - Tokyo - Capital Strategy Partners will be able to offer a wide range of investment services to domestic mainland Korean clients. The new joint venture will be in partnership with a recently established domestic securities firm.
Capital Strategy Partners will have a securities license allowing it to conduct, among other things, brokering and trading in 'A' shares and 'A' share convertible bonds.
Capital Strategy Partners, are expected to underwrite locally listed 'A' share transactions and RMB-denominated corporate bonds and convertible bonds, as well as offer domestic financial advisory and other services.
