Campus Evolution Villages Acquires Greensboro, Nc Student Housing Complex
Lifestyle-Enhanced, Off-Campus Housing Becomes the Place to Live for North Carolina A&T State University Students.

The development, which sits on 30 lush acres, is located at 799 Castlewood Drive - directly across the street from the entrance to North Carolina A&T State University and a football throw away from Aggie Stadium. Campus Green is the newest addition to Campus Evolution Village's uniquely student housing-centric portfolio.

Originally retained as a property manager to boost occupancy and upgrade operations, Campus Evolution Villages' management team installed best-in-class onsite staff.
