Call for papers: How to promote Arbitration & Mediation in India

We hereby therefore request each & every one of you to kindly contribute their thoughts & proposed action plan on "What Indian Arbitration need to do to make institutional arbitration success in India"Whereby India is able to compete as an International Arbitration hub like of Singapore, Germany, Hongkong, London,US etc.
Your suggestions in the form of articles for the backgrounder paper should be restricted to 2 Pages. The last date for submission of paper would be 20th January 2016.
INBA will collate all the suggestions and compile a backgrounder paper book together with the additional solutions which will emerge during the discussion on 29th January 2016 and the complied book of backgrounder paper will be duly forwarded to the respective & concerned ministries, Govt. Of India, Supreme Court, AG's offices as our social cause.
