CalARVC Gets Social with myCampmate
The California Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (CalARVC) is partnering with myCampmate, a social trip-planning app and website that allows users to share information using an interactive map.

This type of social media integration allows campers and the campgrounds to coordinate group camping trips, plan what to see and do and share tips with an entire community of campers on an interactive map. Local deals, hot spots and geo-caching are all part of the sharing.

Each member of the association is able to create custom, private trips for their customers. These trips can feature and highlight points of interest and where to get local provisions near where the camper is staying.
