CAI's Martin Morgan Promoted To Director Of Sales And Marketing
Local HR Management Firm Expands Leadership Staff With The Promotion Of Its Marketing Manager.

In his position, Morgan will be responsible for driving revenue and increasing awareness of CAI by aligning the company's sales and marketing activities with its overall organizational goals.
Prior to joining CAI, Morgan served as the marketing director for the Triangle Business Journal and as the vice president of programs and special events at the North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA). Morgan joined CAI in 2007 to serve as the marketing manager, where he oversaw the company's marketing, branding, public relations, advertising and social media initiatives efforts.
With more than 13 years of marketing experience, Morgan recently completed the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Raleigh program. A nine-month program, Leadership Raleigh works to prepare leaders of tomorrow through an in-depth study of community issues and exposure to the necessary skills needed to assume leadership roles. Active in the local community, Morgan coaches his daughters soccer team through i9 Sports, and supports numerous nonprofit organizations through local cycling events.
