IABC's International Executive Board is the governing body of the Association, and develops the strategic plan and direction for the association under the guidance of the Association Bylaws approved by the IABC membership.

Chase, senior partner at C4CS, LLC, has been elected Vice Chair of the International Executive Board of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), a vibrant association of more than 14,000 members in more than 80 countries. The International Association of Business Communicators is the recognized global community of communication professionals representing diverse industries and disciplines.
Chase joins 11 other IABC leaders from around the world on the 2015-2016 International Executive Board.

She is immediate past chair of the IABC Southern Region, where she has served five years on the board; served as vice chair of the 2015 IABC World Conference Program Advisory Committee; and is a member of the IABC Brand Taskforce.
