C&M and DuPont Release Case History
A collaboration between C&M Corporation and DuPont™ has resulted in a history focused on the advantages of thermoplastic polyester elastomer in VFD cable applicatons.

This document examines the advantages of Hytrel®, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer insulation, as part of VFD cable constructions. The advantages Hytrel® offers to this product family, such as reduced size, improved flex life, corona resistance, and available UL certifications, are discussed in the history.
Also included in the study are various particulars of Hytrel® to include material specifics and extrusion attributes.
