Business Transformation Top Priority For European Financial Institutions
A new survey for Process Excellence Professionals within the Financial Services industry has shown that Business Transformation and process optimisation are the top priorities for 2010-2011.
- (1888PressRelease) July 08, 2010 - IQPC Exchange asked its European network of senior Process Excellence Executives to detail their key challenges and priorities through 2010 and beyond. Developing the IT infrastructure and implementation of new systems rated highly in the quest to achieve greater business agility in unstable markets and to seize growth opportunities wherever they appeared. 57% also said they were looking to invest in BPM software in the next year as well as process mapping and modelling tools - all geared towards lowering cost, streamlining and showing better returns.
