With over one third of UK firms overpaying for their business phone lines, SynergyOne Telecoms give their reaction and why businesses shouldn't pay more than they have to.

With an active policy of constantly reviewing their customer's business telephone calls packages, the team raised concerns at the potential for overcharging:

The survey found 36% of small and medium sized business decision makers hadn't reviewed their charges within the last 12 months. Over two thirds hadn't reviewed their business landline telephone system within six months. And 26% had not done so for more than two whole years.
