Arnie recently launched Biz 2.0, a West Orange Speaker Series held at the town public library. These informative workshops are intended for new and established businesses and include topics such as LinkedIn, Content Marketing, Business Growth, Small Business Legal Issues and others. There is no fee to attend, but registration is requested. Arnie also serves on the Board of Directors for the West Orange Chamber of Commerce.
Arnie's specific expertise incorporates identifying and positioning a company's true value proposition, developing and executing sales strategies, motivating and coaching sales people, as well as fostering total team commitment and participation. Additionally, Arnie was recently named a Contract Facilitator for The Alternative Board of North Central New Jersey. In this role, Arnie leverages his three decades of sales leadership and business development experience to facilitate the board meetings and assist members in planning, executing and achieving the vision they have for the growth of their business.

Arnie has led successful sales teams for small and large companies in markets such as Healthcare, Fire and Security as well as other complex businesses.
