In the fiscal year 2014-15, the revenue generated by Magicrete was INR 135 crore.
Magicrete was established in 2008, which was funded by angel investors and later in March 2013 brokerage house, Motilal PE, invested INR 35 crore in this venture.
Magicrete has revolutionized the AAC blocks market, making these blocks a mass-market product from being a niche market product. Sourabh bagged the contracts for low-cost housing projects in Gujarat, through the Gujarat Housing Board along with the contract for military quarters all over India.
