Badman, Jr., a Partner with Bucks County law firm Curtin & Heefner LLP, has been elected Treasurer of the Bucks County Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association. A past chapter President, Mr. Badman has served on the chapter's Board of Directors for 20 years.
With a substantial number of Penn State alumni residing in Bucks County, the Bucks County alumni group is an active contributor to the university community. The chapter awards six annual scholarships to Penn State University students and has been recognized by the university's Alumni Association for its annual participation in The Jared Box Project, which provides chronically ill children with small gifts, toys and activities to enjoy while they undergo medical treatments.
Mr. Badman is a Partner in Curtin & Heefner LLP's Commercial Services Group focusing his practice on commercial law, creditors' rights, bankruptcy and banking law. He is Vice President of the Doyle Development Corporation and is a member of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference. Mr. Badman has also served on the boards and committees of numerous other local, charitable organizations. He is a past President of the Bucks County Opportunity Council, Inc., served as Chairman of the Conwell Egan Catholic High School Board of Advisors and has been a Youth Baseball Manager for the Pennsbury Athletic Association.
Mr. Badman is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. A graduate of The Dickinson School of Law, he is a member of the Pennsylvania and Bucks County Bar Associations.
