BtL wins the official Olympic merchandise hotline
BtL have won the bid to provide the official Olympic merchandise hotline in partnership with the UK's largest outsourced service provider.
- (1888PressRelease) June 30, 2011 - The UK's market leader in outsourced promotional and retail logistics, in partnership with Between the Lines Communications has won the bid to provide the customer communication services for the 2012 Olympics official merchandise sales hotline. BtL not only provides the phone lines but also utilized their state of the art Platinum IVR Platform allowing their partner to deliver a solution to fit the customers unique requirements. Richard Coakes ICT consultant at BtL who put the solution in place said 'with the potential of thousands of calls between now and the 2012 Olympics we had to design a solution that was able to handle large call volumes, be cost effective, whilst resilient and reliable.'
