- (1888PressRelease) November 16, 2012 - At this year's Orgatec exhibition, Bruynzeel proposed a new perspective on the shape and functions of offices by demonstrating a multifunctional and space-saving office unit, whereby various types of office storage such as lockers, hanging rails, office supplies, archives, filing equipment and book shelves were integrated into one central unit.
By also adding additional functions such as a coffee machine and presentation area, Bruynzeel aimed to show how the unit could serve as a central point in an office environment.
On the second day of the exhibition, Bruynzeel were awarded the AIT Innovation Award on the basis of architectural criteria, recognising their office storage unit as expertly engineered in terms of both design and technology.
