Brugest AG of Switzerland announces joint venture plans in South Korea
SINGAPORE - Brugest AG today announced that it has received approval to establish a joint venture with a Private Wealth Management company in South Korea.
- (1888PressRelease) September 10, 2020 - Brugest AG, through the new venture, will be able to offer a wide range of investment services to domestic mainland South Korean clients and the new joint venture will be in partnership with a recently established securities firm.
Brugest AG will have a wide range of services available including brokering and trading in ‘A’ shares and ‘A’ share convertible bonds and are expected to underwrite locally listed ‘A’ share transactions and corporate bonds and convertible bonds in any curreny, as well as offer domestic financial advisory and other services.
