New Homes in New Jersey, has been named Builder of the Year by the Builders League of South Jersey. The award was presented during the annual MAME (Major Achievements In Marketing Excellence) Awards program November 10. Established in 1985, the MAME Awards program recognizes League members for superior work in customer service, design, building, merchandising and marketing.

Long a supporter of the League and the building industry, Paparone served as president in 1993 and has been a member of numerous committees. If there is a single motto that would reflect the philosophy of his company, it would be "Commitment to Excellence". This family building firm launched in 1979 by Bruce and his father Sam has been honored five times with the prestigious Commitment to Excellence Award presented by BLSJ.

For a number of years, Bruce has participated in a national organization of homebuilders called "The Builder 20 Club". Home building professionals representing 20 companies from coast to coast meet twice a year to discuss ideas and trends and review and critique each other's products and business practices.
